Marvel at these sea creatures from up close with this dolphin watching boat trip. We will start in Fažana and sail towards open waters of the Adriatic Sea. During the excursion, you can relax and unwind as you admire wild dolphins in the open sea.
While we cruise across the blue waters of the sea next to the dolphins, the sun will slowly fall behind the horizon, creating the perfect setting. Departure & Return
We meet 15 minutes before the departure time at Fažana main pier. The exact meeting point will be confirmed after the booking. Once the excursion is over, we will return to this same port. Departure is at 18h from 15.4. to 15.6, at 18:30 from 16.6 to 5.8, at 18h from 6.8 to 31.8. and at 17:30 from 1.9. to 15.10.

Croatia has an extraordinary natural treasure: the last dolphins of the Adriatic. Only one species still lives there today: the bottlenose dolphins known from dolphinariums and the television series “Flipper” or “Good dolphin” (Dobri Dupin) in Croatian.
The “Adriatic dolphins” stay close to the Croatian coast and islands throughout the year, usually less than 5 kilometers from the land.
Bottlenose dolphins have a relatively large and curved back fin. They are very adaptable, active and curious. Their average life expectancy is 30 years, in some cases they can even be 50 years old. (Delphinschutz.org)
The boat trip with the boat Kristina from Fazana starts in June and July from the port of Fazana at 19 o’clock and ends around 21 o’clock. In August and September the trip starts around 18 o’clock, because of shorter daylight time.
For groups of 10 people or more, we recommend booking a little earlier. It is also possible to organize special trips for groups. The chance to see dolphins during the trip is around 90%. After the sighting you spend about 30 minutes in the company of the popular marine mammals.
